STUDIO GALLERY (est 1993), Ann Wylie Toal Designs (established 1986)
My Studio Gallery is housed in the original Flesherton Post Office – named Artemesia Corners est. 1851.
I opened the gallery in May of 1993, as a studio providing a full display of all my jewelry. I was always pulled towards that building, and now I find out it was a jewelry store for 40 years (Armstrong’s Jewellers – with 2 outlets in Toronto).
I have been delighted to be able to connect personally with my customers and surprise them with new creations. Many years ago I opened the gallery up to include other talented local artists. I now have art, fine craft, intriguing small gifts, clothing and accessories – I show over 30 artists’ work alongside my own and I am told the space is inspiring, which is my ultimate goal.
I strive to bring new items into the gallery on a regular basis and to have new designs for my long term repeat customers.
Gallery hours will vary by season, but will include Thursday to Saturday 10-5, year round. Check the website for current hours or to make an appointment. You may ring my doorbell if just passing through – I do live in the back and may be able to open for you at other times.
